Maharishi Spiritual University is located near Maharishi Vedic City, Iowa, USA, with colleges planned for each of the 3000 Peace Palaces around the world. The University offers short courses and longer programs for ladies throughout the world, and will soon be offering degree programs. The founder of the University has said that Maharishi Spiritual University worldwide will culture mothers of the world to nourish world peace, and will be a profound basis for permanent world peace.

The curriculum of Maharishi Spiritual University includes experience of developing consciousness through Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Program^SM; study of the principles of Maharishi Vedic Science; and training in professional areas of Maharishi Vedic Science, including Consciousness-Based education, Teacher of Transcendental Meditation^® and Maharishi Vedic Medicine^SM. This curriculum, taught to ladies in their own atmosphere, using the profound principles of teaching brought out by Maharishi for over thirty years, enables them to accelerate the development of enlightenment in a blissful and fulfilling way.

Maharishi Spiritual University, near Maharishi Vedic City, is separate from Maharishi University of Enlightenment which is situated in the Smoky Mountains near Boone, North Carolina. The special focus of the degree programs at the North Carolina institution is on experiences of developing higher states of consciousness. Its students are all members of the Mother Divine program.
